BOOKING PROCESS

1. Read the website carefully, check "Fetishes" page to see some of the things included and the limits, check "Session Rates" to see how much you are going to pay

2. Decide if you prefer to speak to Me first, details available on "Contact" page

3. When ready, complete the form below (*this form is used to actually arrange a session, not to keep asking questions)

4. Once I confirm My availability be prepared to send the payment by 5.00pm that day (*only exception - if you are requesting next day session, be prepared to pay within 1 hour of making the booking) - if you do not pay, your requested date & time will not be reserved and you will be blacklisted and future session bookings will be blocked

5. Follow instructions in the session confirmation email (CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER)

I accept that this submission is not a session booking. Session is booked only once a full payment is made.

I understand and accept that if I do not make the payment by 5pm (*or within 1 hour from making request if asking for next day session), requested time & date will not be reserved for me and I will be blacklisted and no future session requests will be accepted.

I accept that session payment is non refundable and non transferable (should I cancel I forfeit the fee).

In the unlikely event that I, Domina Blaize, am unable to carry out the session - you will be contacted as soon as possible to re-arrange the session at another convenient time and date.
